Getting Started

Getting set up is easy. Once you decide to join the Highett Common community, our team will be here to support you through the move-in journey and help make the transition to your new home as smooth as possible. Your resident onboarding flyer will include a QR code - simply scan it to download the app. Alternatively, you can find it directly in the App Store by searching “We Wumbo.”

From there, the steps are easy:

1. Create an account: Select whether you’re a tenant, owner, or landlord.

2. Complete your registration: Fill in the short registration form with your details.

3. Get approved: Once your account is verified by the building or strata manager, you’ll have full access to all app features.

From detailed move-in guides to help you settle in smoothly, to safety procedures, appliance manuals, and maintenance tips, Highett Common Connect gives you everything you need to feel at home from day one.

Staying In the Loop

The Highett Common Connect app is designed to help you stay informed and organised. From real-time building updates to easy access to all your important documents, the app acts as your personal assistant for a more organised, stress-free lifestyle. It helps you stay connected to your building, your community, and your day-to-day routines.

With a built-in personal calendar, you can see your own upcoming bookings alongside building-wide events. Whether it’s an early gym session or an afternoon yoga class, the app makes it easy to stay on top of your wellness and plan your week with ease.

If life gets busy and the calendar slips your mind, just turn on push notifications so the app can give you a friendly nudge before your next session or instantly inform you of any building updates. All essential building information is also housed in the app, making any documentation you need accessible within seconds. Highett Common Connect gives you everything you need to make day-to-day life easier from the moment you move in.

Booking Shared Spaces

The amenity booking feature lets you view available shared spaces and make instant reservations. You’ll be able to simply choose your preferred space and time, confirm your booking, and then you’ll receive a notification once it’s approved by the Building Manager.

Whether you’re looking to book the lounge for a relaxed afternoon with friends or using the car share feature for a weekend getaway, the app makes it easy to plan, book and enjoy the perks of life at Highett Common.

The shared amenities at Highett Common will be rolled out in varying stages as the precinct grows, with the first bookable spaces set to be completed as part of Highett Common’s next stage completion which is already under construction, The Mews Collection.

Connecting with Your Community

Community is what makes Highett Common special. From meeting and making friends with your neighbours, to feeling safe in the space, the Highett Common Connect app keeps you connected to the life happening around you.

Whether you prefer social catch-ups like book club or movie night, or something more active like a running or cycling group, the app makes it easy to see what’s on and join in on community events. The Community Hub within the app allows residents to share their own posts, organise events, or share updates with the wider Highett Common community.

An extension of this is the Marketplace - a local exchange where residents can buy, sell or swap items, share skills, and post community notices. From selling an old couch to finding a dining table that feels more you, the Marketplace makes it effortless to buy, swap and sell with people right in your community.

Simplifying Everyday Life

With the “Report an Issue” feature, residents can submit maintenance requests or report issues directly through the app. Whether you’ve noticed a light that’s gone out, or something needs attention in one of the shared spaces, simply log the issue and the right strata or facilities team will be notified. You can then track its progress in real time, right up until it’s resolved.

Stay Local

The app’s Local Amenities section highlights nearby cafés, restaurants, gyms, shops, and essential services — helping you explore what’s around Highett Common and embrace the local lifestyle. You can also explore more of what’s nearby through our blog, including Live Like a Local: The Ultimate Highett Foodie Guide.

You’ll also find a Special Deals section, where the management team can share exclusive offers and local business promotions, giving residents even more reason to shop and dine close to home.

Support System

As an extra support system and for feature related troubleshooting, you can access the in-app support at any time by visiting the ‘Help Centre’.
